As a licensee you are required to keep your mailing address up-to-date with the Board to ensure that you receive necessary information on renewals and other important matters relevant to your architect license. Failure to do so could result in delays for the license renewal, which could potentially subject you to citation for unlicensed practice. Although this is a requirement for licensees per Title 16, California Code of Regulations section 104, candidates are encouraged to provide an updated mailing address as well. The benefit for candidates to provide the Board with an updated mailing address is to ensure they receive programmatic changes, updates to examination requirements, and applications for future testing.
If you need to update your address, please complete a Change of Address Form and mail, fax, or email it to the Board.
